Influence Health is a Birmingham‑based healthcare technology company that provides CRM, digital marketing, and IT services to more than 1,100 providers and connects over 150 million consumer records. Facing rapid growth, fragmented cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure with some AWS), and strict HIPAA requirements, the company needed a larger, faster, and more flexible cloud architecture to consolidate data silos, support larger patient databases, and automate data transformation while meeting security and compliance standards.

ClearScale re‑architected and migrated Influence Health’s entire platform to AWS, using HIPAA‑eligible managed services (RDS PostgreSQL, S3/EBS encryption), Filebeat/Logstash for secure log processing, and automation with CloudFormation, Ansible, and Docker. The new multi‑AZ, private‑subnet deployment improved scalability, availability, and security, enabled a DevOps workflow for faster feature delivery, and positioned the company to adopt serverless and container orchestration for further automation and growth.
