InCred Scales to Accommodate Simultaneous Product Launches Using AWS

InCred is a Mumbai-based fintech founded in 2016 that provides personal, education, affordable housing, and business loans to consumers and underserved small-to-midsized enterprises in India. As it scaled, the company needed a secure, compliant cloud platform that could break down data silos, support real-time analytics, enable rapid simultaneous product launches, provide agility beyond relational-database limits, and avoid large upfront capital expenses.

InCred chose the AWS Mumbai Region and an architecture using Amazon EC2, Aurora (RDS), DynamoDB, Redshift, S3, CloudFront, and serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway), implemented with partner Powerupcloud. The result was faster time to market (six products in six months), seamless data flow for rapid credit decisions, reduced operational overhead so engineers could focus on innovation, and strong built-in security and compliance controls that increased stakeholder trust.
