To do this, Jumio used Amazon Web Services, including Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Rekognition, to power its identity verification offerings.

Amazon Web Services helped Jumio build and train 50-plus ML models, extract and compare ID data, detect tampering, and perform accurate face matching for biometric checks. With Amazon Rekognition and Amazon SageMaker, Jumio strengthened security, improved fairness across demographics, and delivered a seamless verification experience for customers worldwide.
