GoAnimate - Customer Case Study

GoAnimate is a web app that lets anyone create cartoon animations in minutes without drawing. Facing the limitations and cost of rented dedicated servers, the team needed a more flexible, cost‑effective architecture so they could focus on product development instead of managing a complex datacenter.

GoAnimate migrated its entire stack to AWS, using EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront and SQS to host web servers, databases, static content and background jobs. The move gave them fast elasticity and easier testing, cut development time by about 20–30%, increased conversion rates via CloudFront, and positioned them to adopt additional services like Auto Scaling and Elastic Load Balancing for further growth.
