Core Informatics provides cloud-based lab informatics—including the Platform for Science LIMS—for biopharma, genomics, and other life sciences organizations. Its customers face heavy GxP validation burdens and scalability pain points: validating systems is time-consuming, and managing security patches and maintenance across hundreds of customer databases was resource intensive.

Core built a standardized, AWS-based platform that prequalifies GxP deployments and uses automated provisioning and CloudFormation scripts to ensure traceability and simplify validation and maintenance. The result: customers can run GxP-compliant workloads in the cloud with fewer manual steps, about one-third the cost of on-premises, and greater agility to accelerate discovery.
