Condor Develops Generative AI Prototype for IT Support in Weeks by Using Amazon Bedrock

Condor, an integrated service company, needed a faster and more accurate way to handle complex IT support calls and internal knowledge searches. Working with Amazon Web Services, the company used Amazon Bedrock to build a generative AI prototype, along with AWS services like Amazon S3, Amazon OpenSearch Service, Amazon SageMaker, API Gateway, and AWS Lambda.

Amazon Web Services helped Condor and its partner MadeinWeb create a secure, vectorized document repository and an AI-powered platform that could analyze calls and technical documents and generate more assertive responses. The prototype was completed in weeks, and the broader AWS machine learning work on demand forecasting is already showing more than 90% accuracy across several SKUs, with plans to expand AI use across Condor’s 2,000 products.
