Climedo, a provider of electronic data capture and patient diary tools for clinical research, needed a secure, scalable, and compliant way to support modern clinical trials and public health use cases. To meet those demands, Climedo turned to Amazon Web Services and migrated its eDiary solution to AWS to handle sensitive data and growing workloads.

Amazon Web Services helped Climedo support public health offices in Germany and expand remote trial participation through its secure cloud infrastructure. Within 12 months, about 140 public health offices were using eDiary, and officials reduced symptom-tracking time by 80% through automation. Climedo’s ePRO solution also enabled a 90% patient completion rate, helping increase participation and improve clinical research outcomes.
