A Amazon Web Services Case Study

Preview of the Classle Case Study

Classle - Customer Case Study

Classle is a cloud-based social learning platform that helps higher-education students—particularly in rural India—connect with peers, experts, and industry despite socio-economic, location, and resource barriers. The company needed a scalable, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure that could be deployed quickly to serve content and streaming video to resource-constrained users while preserving cash.

Classle built its platform on AWS (EC2 with ELB/Auto Scaling/EBS, RDS, S3 with RRS plus CloudFront, CloudWatch, SNS, and Route 53), gaining flexibility and rapid deployment. As a result, Classle began operations six months early, reported a dramatic improvement in page load performance (quoted as 180%), lowered total costs by about 8%, cut video time-to-market to two days, and established an elastic, reliable foundation for regional growth and upcoming SaaS plans.
