Chunghwa Telecom Builds Multiple Generative AI Solutions with Amazon Bedrock

Chunghwa Telecom needed a cloud provider with strong data security and support to help it build generative AI applications for internal operations and customer-facing experiences. Working with Amazon Web Services, using Amazon Bedrock and related AWS services, the company set out to modernize development, create immersive virtual assistants, and improve marketing personalization.

Amazon Web Services helped Chunghwa Telecom implement three generative AI solutions: an SDLC documentation assistant, a virtual English teacher, and a generative AI marketing assistant. The SDLC tool has saved developers an estimated 13% of their time, improved document quality and consistency, and reduced overtime and errors; the marketing assistant supports personalized campaigns and higher click-through rates, while the virtual teacher enables more immersive interactive experiences across platforms.
