Brigade Group, a Bangalore-based residential and commercial property developer, needed to upgrade its ERP to SAP S/4HANA to get near-real-time reporting across dozens of concurrent projects. The IT team wanted a cloud-based, highly available, and scalable infrastructure to reduce capital expenditure, eliminate frequent hardware refreshes, and improve executives’ decision-making with faster, always-on access to project data.

Working with APN partner Crimson Cloud, Brigade migrated SAP S/4HANA to AWS—deploying the solution in an Amazon VPC using EC2, EBS, S3, and CloudFormation—achieving zero downtime and rapid scalability. The move is expected to cut SAP TCO by 25% over five years, speed business reporting by about 20%, and deliver more reliable, immediate insights for better operational decisions.
