BENEFIT Builds National eKYC Solution on AWS in 8 Weeks

BENEFIT, a financial services organization, needed a faster, more scalable way to help banks meet digital banking security and identity-verification requirements through an eKYC solution. After years of stakeholder interviews and challenges with costly, legacy infrastructure, BENEFIT turned to Amazon Web Services and AWS Professional Services to move the project to the cloud using services like Amazon EC2 and Amazon API Gateway.

With support from Amazon Web Services, BENEFIT designed and launched the eKYC architecture in just 2 weeks and completed implementation in 8 weeks. Using AWS CloudFormation and a fully automated cloud setup, the solution integrated with key government entities, scaled on demand as usage grew, and helped BENEFIT support about 30 financial institutions while improving security, compliance, and operational flexibility.
