Bell Canada Boosts Cloud Sales by 67% Using AWS Training and Certification

Bell Canada wanted to increase cloud competency across its teams, especially sales staff, so employees could better understand and sell AWS services. To do this, Bell used Amazon Web Services training and certification resources, including AWS Skill Builder and AWS Partner Training and Certification, to build internal cloud skills.

Amazon Web Services helped Bell launch the Bell AWS Training Club, an internal learning community with online courses, instructor-led sessions, labs, rewards, and events like AWS GameDay. The results were strong: in just five months, Bell doubled its number of AWS Certified employees, 380 employees joined the program in 2023, and cloud sales increased by 67%.
