Avianca Brasil, a domestic airline serving 22 cities and 24 airports and recognized for comfort and competitive pricing, needed a secure, separate environment to manage marketing assets produced by external agencies without touching corporate infrastructure. IT sought a cost-effective, scalable solution that could handle variable demand and improve administration while keeping costs down.

Working with AWS Premier Partner Dedalus, Avianca deployed two Amazon EC2 instances (Windows and Linux) with Amazon S3 for backup. The AWS setup delivered greater cost control (about 60% savings versus on‑premises), enhanced security, rapid provisioning, and simplified management—allowing Avianca to meet 100% of its SLAs in the first six months and position AWS as a strategic partner for future growth.
