The team built Tailor, a serverless system on AWS (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.) that automates account creation and queries; it was developed in one month and now provisions accounts in about 10 minutes. The change cut per-account cost to roughly $6 (≈99% reduction), lowered ongoing infrastructure expenses to just over $100/month across regions, improved security and consistency, and led Autodesk to recommend a “serverless‑first” approach.
