Aizon Improves Pharmaceutical Manufacturing With Artificial Intelligence Using AWS

Aizon needed a scalable way to manage the huge volume and complexity of biomanufacturing data from thousands of bioreactors in pharmaceutical plants. Using Amazon Web Services, including AWS IoT, AWS Lambda, and Amazon SageMaker, Aizon set out to build digital twins and apply AI in a GxP environment to help analyze conditions, detect anomalies, and optimize processes.

Amazon Web Services enabled Aizon to connect bioreactors to the cloud with a serverless architecture that can collect, analyze, and store data at scale. The solution triggered machine learning workflows in Amazon SageMaker when bioreactor conditions changed, helping Aizon improve process optimization and make complex manufacturing data manageable across global operations.
