Humanising Autonomy, an AI startup, was scaling its machine learning services and needed a more secure, scalable way to deliver software, APIs, and video-processing workloads. Previously, customers received access details by email, but the company wanted a smoother portal-based experience while also meeting strict privacy and ethical data-handling requirements using Amazon Web Services.

Amazon Web Services helped Humanising Autonomy build a serverless platform with Amazon S3, Amazon API Gateway, AWS Batch, Amazon EventBridge, AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, X-Ray, and Control Tower. The result was a robust infrastructure that improved customer access, strengthened compliance controls, and cut video-processing time from about one day for 100 videos to just 30 minutes, freeing engineers for other work and reducing costs through pay-for-use serverless computing.
