Using Amazon Transcribe, Echo360 automated creation of transcripts for academic video, enabling smarter search, deeper engagement with content, and an affordable path to closed captioning. The solution was integrated into Echo360’s global platform that serves about two million students across 650 schools in 30 countries and helped deliver the service with built‑in redundancy and automation at roughly 30% lower cost than customers could achieve on their own.
