The move delivered measurable results: availability rose to about 99.98%, operational expenses fell ~35%, server provisioning dropped from 2–3 weeks to about 5 minutes, and the company secured $25 million in expansion funding while improving reliability and developer agility. Amazon SES remains a key part of their email delivery pipeline.
