Case Study: NatoMounts improves checkout speed and trust with Amazon Pay

A Amazon Pay Case Study

Preview of the NatoMounts Case Study

Leveraging Amazon Pay to improve the customer experience

NatoMounts, a seller of car mounts for phones, tablets, and other devices, wanted to drive impulse purchases through its website and get customers through checkout in under 60 seconds. The company found that entering personal and payment details slowed the process, and incorrect shipping addresses sometimes caused delivery problems. It looked for a payment option that would make checkout faster and easier.

NatoMounts implemented Amazon Pay through BigCommerce so customers could check out with their existing Amazon credentials and stored payment information. The company said Amazon Pay contributed 20% of sales at the start and grew to 47% after three years, while Amazon Pay customers were 11.4% more likely to make repeat purchases. NatoMounts also reported fewer fraud concerns, more trust from shoppers, and fewer incorrect-address orders.
