GolfNow makes a hole in one with Amazon Pay

GolfNow, a leading online tee‑time provider serving more than 3 million registered users at 9,000 golf courses in 16 countries, modernized its website to improve customer experience and handle a growing number of mobile bookings. To offer a faster, trusted checkout for customers who wanted to book quickly without creating an account, GolfNow added Amazon Pay as an express payment option.

GolfNow integrated Amazon Pay across desktop, tablet and smartphone platforms in just eight weeks (including early adoption of Amazon’s iOS SDK), letting customers log in with Amazon credentials and complete booking with roughly half the clicks of other methods. The Amazon Pay implementation drove a significant lift in mobile sales, doubled Amazon Pay usage since launch—adding tens of thousands of new customers—and delivered a measurable boost in customer trust and conversion.
