Emergency prep retailer meets customer demand with Amazon Pay and Affirm*

Berkey Filters is a Las Vegas-based distributor of Berkey water filter systems that sells products often used for emergency preparedness. Its demand shifts with climate events, elections, and other disruptions, and in February 2023 it saw an influx of traffic and sales after the Ohio train derailment.

To make checkout easier, Berkey Filters implemented Amazon Pay with Affirm, adding the option to pay over time without technical lift from its team. The integration was completed in less than one week, and the company said Amazon Pay reduced fraud concerns and made checkout simple, while helping it meet urgent customer demand.
