To simplify purchases and leverage a familiar login and stored payment information, Atom Tickets integrated Amazon Pay as an additional payment option.
Amazon Pay streamlined checkout and delivered measurable gains: it drove the highest average order value of any payment method (9% higher AOV), produced 12% more tickets per order and 8% more tickets per customer, and made customers 26% less reliant on promotions. The Amazon Pay partnership also unlocked marketing and product innovations—special Prime and Amazon Pay ticket offers and an Alexa voice skill for buying and reserving seats—extending Atom Tickets’ multi‑channel experience.
