To gain agility and relieve pressure on its web servers, ME Bank moved development and testing to AWS and used Amazon CloudFront to deliver campaign data and improve performance for high‑traffic advertising.

ME Bank implemented AWS services for on-demand development and test environments and used Amazon CloudFront to pull XML from Amazon S3 and serve advertising content at scale. As a result, environment provisioning accelerated by up to six weeks (new environments created in a day), development costs for test environments fell by 75%, developer capacity grew from 3 to 150, and CloudFront supported a 2,000% increase in web requests for campaigns while maintaining fast response times; ME Bank also cut per‑instance AWS spend by 49% through automated shutdowns.
