**Amadeus** helped implement common use technology across Terminal 2, allowing any passenger to use any self-service kiosk or bag drop touchpoint in the four check-in zones, regardless of airline. The result was a more seamless, efficient pre-departure journey for Star Alliance passengers at Heathrow T2, with faster processing and a better customer experience.
