The Vysočina Region has expanded its cloud portfolio with systems for requests and asset management

Vysočina Region, a higher territorial administrative body in the Czech Republic, needed to expand the services of its Technology Centre to support budgetary organizations looking for better ways to manage requests, workflows, and IT hardware and software assets. ALVAO’s Service Desk and Asset Management products met the region’s demanding requirements in the tender, including SaaS delivery, multi-tenancy, and integration with identity management.

ALVAO, together with AUTOCONT, implemented the solution in the region’s private cloud with easy web and mobile access, central access control, ITIL 2011 alignment, and support for L1/L2/L3 processes, statistics, SLA tracking, and asset records. The project passed penetration testing, improved security, and gave the region a reliable shared service for its contributory organizations, while also providing an example for other Czech regions.
