Alumni Channel implemented a branded online alumni community (alwaysatiger.com) with self‑maintained profiles, a secure directory, mass‑email and reporting tools, and data export/survey capabilities, replacing the manual spreadsheet process. The platform gives Harrisburg a single point of entry to update the master donor database and run integrated marketing to grow contacts beyond the district’s initial ~25% of alumni email addresses on file, improving global reach and the district’s ability to engage alumni measurably over time.
