ClearVision Equity Increases Workflow Efficiency With Altvia

ClearVision Equity, a small San Diego–based private equity and venture firm managing about $30M and more than 25 investments, struggled with a fragmented fundraising stack that relied on eight separate tools (including Box and HelloSign) tied together by fragile API connections. Those integrations frequently broke, forcing long reconnect efforts and making investor tracking, email outreach, and document management unsustainable. In searching for a PE-specific solution, ClearVision chose Altvia—attracted by AIM on Salesforce and Altvia’s ShareSecure investor portal.

Altvia implemented its AIM CRM (AIM on Salesforce) together with Correspond (Investor and Market Editions) and ShareSecure, consolidating ClearVision’s workflows into a single source of truth and replacing eight disparate systems. The unified Altvia platform centralized investor data, streamlined email delivery and reporting, and simplified document sharing and signatures—becoming ClearVision’s source of record—while reducing the need to reconnect integrations; the solution was implemented in 2019 for two users and delivered clear time savings and operational efficiency.
