Integrated logistics solutions to the offshore industry, a provider of supply bases and integrated logistics to the offshore sector, faced a complex logistics and container-tracking challenge and turned to Altoros to develop a specialized application. Altoros used a Microsoft Azure platform and a Java/Node.js/Angular microservices approach to build the solution.

Altoros implemented a set of microservices on MS Azure (Java 8, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, Azure SQL/MS SQL) that communicate via APIs to manage container-tracking data, configure associated processes, and plan relevant activities. The solution delivered end-to-end cargo container tracking, centralized data for multiple actors, and improved operational planning and visibility for the customer.
