Large Wallet Company, a creator of a self-custody digital wallet for stablecoins and cryptocurrency, needed to expand its Android app beyond basic account setup and bank linking. The customer wanted to add transfer and withdrawal capabilities, strengthen security, and fix a recovery gap that could leave users locked out of their assets after reinstalling the app, while preparing the platform to scale globally.

Altoros implemented two-way mobile wallet integration using Web3j and Gnosis Safe Contracts, added QR-code transaction support, encrypted sensitive data, and introduced Android-native authentication and recovery mechanisms. Altoros also optimized performance, reduced server latency by 2x, migrated the database to SQLite, and improved code reuse and maintenance. As a result, Large Wallet Company enabled secure transfer/withdrawal of more than $240 million in assets for 50,000+ users and built a foundation for further global expansion.
