Travel Planet needed a better way to manage 400,000 customer profiles and 2,500 trips per day while pulling data from multiple sources like Excel, CSV, and Cassandra. The company also wanted to deliver customized analytical reports and invoices in different formats, making Alteryx Designer the key tool in its workflow.

With Alteryx, Travel Planet built automated workflows to integrate and analyze data, generate invoices in XML, CSV, and PDF, and visualize results in Tableau. Alteryx helped handle most of the matching and consolidation work, cutting invoice processing from two full-time employees to just one person one day per week, while also improving reporting and customer-specific travel insights.
