Adidas International Trading B.V. needed a better way to track and steer the performance of more than 9,000 articles in its eCommerce business. Senior teams had only high-level visibility, while merchandisers lacked timely insight into stock, size availability, web analytics, and BI data needed to act quickly on both top franchises and lower-volume products.

Using Alteryx, Adidas built an automated Trading Dashboard that blended multiple data sources, calculated daily forecasts, and surfaced article- and franchise-level performance in Tableau. The solution cut daily reporting effort from the equivalent of two full-time employees to just 10 minutes, improved margin and revenue decisions, and helped restock sizes faster, boosting customer satisfaction and supporting a more data-driven way of working.
