Sai Krushna Charitable Trust faced a basic but serious challenge: more than 600 students, teachers, and volunteers had no ID cards, making attendance, identification, and access to key personal details difficult. With help from Alteryx and the Alteryx For Good India Group, the trust also had to replace manual record lookups from bulky journals with a more organized, accessible system.

Alteryx used Alteryx Designer to digitize student data, create an orderly database, combine it with photos, and generate color-coded ID cards through reporting tools. The solution streamlined daily administration, saved staff time, and gave students and staff a practical sense of identity and safety; most importantly, it brought all critical details into one easy-to-use card and improved the learning environment for the children.
