The Big Data for Non-Profit Grant Program

B2E Direct Marketing launched the "Big Data for Non-Profits" grant program to give 501(c)(3) organizations access to the same big-data, visual business intelligence and database-marketing services it provides commercial clients. Company leadership identified that many nonprofits sit on under-used, poorly maintained donor data but lack the tools, expertise and budget to clean and leverage it for fundraising growth.

B2E uses Alteryx Designer workflows and licensed data (CASS, Zip+4, Experian, NCOA, deceased suppression) to clean and append donor records, then exports Tableau extracts and packaged dashboards for immediate, actionable analysis (demographics, segmentation, seasonality, Pareto, geography). The result: donor files processed in days instead of weeks, mail deliverability up more than 15% with lower return rates, improved donor targeting and increased giving, and the capacity to support many more nonprofits (several organizations served to date).
