The raw survey output came out as unfriendly Excel files that took analysts 4–8 hours to clean, identify statistically significant responses, build reports and write summaries — a slow, costly process that limited regular use of the insights.
Ansira built an Alteryx workflow that automates Excel formatting (from hours to ~3 seconds), flags statistically significant behaviors, and generates color‑coded PDF reports. The end-to-end process cut analysis time from 2–3 hours to 15–30 minutes, turned week‑long projects into day‑turnarounds (e.g., 16 product reports in under 4 hours), and now supports 2–3 regular requests per week, delivering faster, actionable insights to New Business and Strategy teams.
