Edenred (Ticket Restaurant), a leading distributor of meal vouchers, needed to analyze customer spending and affiliate behavior to drive revenue — but its data lived in disparate systems (SQL Server, Salesforce, Excel/CSV) and field-entered records often contained duplicates. The challenge was to merge transactional, CRM and campaign data into a single source of truth, cleanse and deduplicate records, and enable actionable insights such as ticket size by industry, daily spending patterns, popular locations and clients needing top-ups.
Using Alteryx Designer to ingest Excel, CSV, Salesforce and SQL data, the team enriched records with Google geocoding and third‑party POI maps and applied fuzzy‑matching for cleansing and deduplication. The result was a consolidated, enriched dataset that eliminated duplicate‑driven miscommunications, enabled faster processing than manual Excel workflows, added spatial customer insights, and supported clearer segmentation and prospecting for higher-value clients.
