Office Plus Automates Insights to Determine Rental Growth in a Specific Location

Office Plus, a flexible, fully furnished office brand of Hong Kong property group Hip Shing Hong, needed a faster way to consolidate data from multiple systems (Oracle EBS, Samex EAM and others) so the Finance and Leasing team could get timely insights for a fast-moving property market. Their prior approach—manual SQL scripting and vendor-dependent reporting—made it slow and labor-intensive to produce management-ready analysis, delaying decisions on rental growth and portfolio strategy.

Working with Alteryx partner Velocity Business Solutions, Office Plus implemented Alteryx Designer and built more than 20 repeatable workflows to extract, clean and compare lease data (including a workflow to calculate rental growth by comparing new vs. previous rent for specific locations) and export results to their data warehouse. The automation and self-service analytics cut report generation from one month to one week, improved scalability and collaboration, and delivered faster, actionable insights for management.
