Using Alteryx Desktop and Scheduler, CARMA automated the end-to-end workflow: a custom API download macro, data blending and grouping, formatted Excel reporting, and export of a Tableau data extract to a client dashboard; a PowerShell script generated PDF exports and Alteryx handled report distribution to QA. The result: fully automated reporting with no manual intervention, delivery moved to the second day of the month, 90% reduction in processing time (5 hours to 30 minutes), and a repeatable solution rolled out to other clients.
