Mayborn Group - Customer Case Study

Mayborn Group needed to synchronise customer, product and transactional data between its Magento eCommerce sites and Adobe Campaign so they could trigger targeted, timely and personalised communications (abandoned basket messages, order confirmations, segmented email marketing). There was no out‑of‑the‑box connector between the platforms, so the challenge was to build an automated, reliable process to feed enriched consumer behaviour into Adobe Campaign without manual intervention.

The team built Alteryx workflows that extract and blend Magento data into CSVs, use custom macros and regular expressions to pick the latest files, compress them with 7zip, and upload zip files to Amazon S3 via the AWS CLI for Adobe Campaign to consume. The result was a fully automated integration with reusable Alteryx tools, eliminated manual processing, faster deployment via a low‑code approach, and cost avoidance by developing the solution in‑house.
