Slalom partnered with sports and entertainment agency Wasserman to automate a labor-intensive client valuation process. Wasserman collected KPIs across channels—TV (national and local), social, digital, and more—and marketing analysts were manually pulling and consolidating data in Excel, creating frequent bottlenecks and limiting scalability.

Slalom delivered an Alteryx Analytics Application with an intuitive UI for non‑technical users that supports one‑time case customizations, writes outputs to AWS Aurora, and uses AWS Lambda to automate API calls and ingest inputs for analysis. The solution preserved existing workflows, empowered business users to modify scenarios and run analyses independently, eliminated bottlenecks, and significantly improved efficiency—leaving Wasserman very satisfied with the result.
