A Alteryx Case Study
KPMG Lighthouse, the firm's global Center of Excellence for data, analytics, AI and intelligent automation, faced a common enterprise challenge: how to spark Alteryx adoption and embed best practices across disparate teams and scattered data while maintaining compliance and governance. User adoption, hidden insights, inconsistent technical/business knowledge and data quality were the primary barriers the CoE set out to solve.
KPMG built a staffed Alteryx CoE with data scientists, engineers and analytics consultants, launched an enterprise Gallery and toolkit for self-service, and implemented governance, versioning, training and support processes (including audit-trail macros and an install/optimize service model). The result: broad internal access to Alteryx, over 300 professionals engaged across the U.S., 100+ skilled users and 400+ solutions, faster self-service analytics, stronger sponsorship and repeatable deployment practices that drive sustained adoption and measurable business value.
