Working with Bulien Consultancy, Kingfisher implemented Alteryx alongside Power BI, using Alteryx’s connectivity, automation, Auto Insights, and predictive capabilities to unify data and build self-service workflows. The result was 170 FTE hours saved per month and a reduction in month-end data consolidation from 2 weeks to 2 days, while also enabling faster decision-making, predictive attrition modeling, and broader analytics adoption across HR.
