Using Alteryx, Kearney built a cost-to-serve model that rapidly ingested and analyzed large volumes of data, first delivering a proof of concept in a week and then expanding the model with additional insights. The result was a 70% reduction in data processing time, $50 million in working capital savings, and identification of 13,000 unproductive SKUs that could be reviewed and acted on.
