Kearney used Alteryx to help a leading U.S. retailer better understand its supply chain and true cost-to-serve. The client struggled with limited visibility into how individual products affected profitability, especially across more than 100,000 SKUs and data from multiple systems.

Using Alteryx, Kearney built a cost-to-serve model that rapidly ingested and analyzed large volumes of data, first delivering a proof of concept in a week and then expanding the model with additional insights. The result was a 70% reduction in data processing time, $50 million in working capital savings, and identification of 13,000 unproductive SKUs that could be reviewed and acted on.
