Roquette, a French-based life sciences and pharmaceuticals company, was pursuing a digital transformation across its production facilities but struggled with huge volumes of manufacturing data and time-consuming manual analysis. With 250 production processes generating 500 to 3,000 records every 30 seconds, the team needed a faster way to consolidate disparate sources, assess site performance, and reduce repetitive spreadsheet work, so Roquette turned to Alteryx.

Alteryx helped Roquette automate data preparation, analytics, and machine learning workflows, enabling teams to work much faster and more independently. One process that once took 100 hours to manually export 3,000 Excel databases now takes just three minutes, and another workflow reduced Sigma Level assessment across 25 industrial sites from about a week to under three minutes, saving more than 100 days per run. Roquette has also trained more than 90 employees on Alteryx, accelerating its data culture and digital strategy.
