They automated reporting with Tableau and built Alteryx apps to handle routine tasks (ZIP-code finder, audience exports, data joins) and added market-basket analysis for deeper customer insight. Results included cutting reporting from a half-day to under 1.5 hours, reducing specific tasks from 30 minutes to under five, enabling external data loads and targeted customer outreach without IT, and producing actionable insights that improved targeting and prevented low‑opportunity launches.
