Freeport‑Pownal Little League (FPLL) is a volunteer‑run youth baseball and softball program serving three towns in southern Mid‑Coast Maine. During busy sign‑ups for ages 4–12, volunteers needed a reliable weekly process to extract registration data, geocode and map player locations, report counts by age group, project teams and coach needs, coordinate background checks, and decide field usage across neighboring communities.

FPLL uses TeamSnap extracts fed into Alteryx workflows to produce automated visual reports—age‑group charts, payment/scholarship status, player maps, and weighted‑average draft scores. The process now updates in minutes, catches data errors, supports fair drafts, improves parent communication, frees volunteer time for sponsorship and outreach, and has helped FPLL become the only growing Little League town in Maine District 6 while sharing actionable insights with district administrators.
