Using an Alteryx workflow connected to SQL Server, Bavaria built a decision-tree model and monthly process to classify customers and support crisis response, brand expansion, and price control. The Alteryx solution cut development time from 2–3 weeks to 4–5 days, and then to under 2 days for similar work, while helping Bavaria recover 100k PoS, restore sales to 75% of normal levels within three months, and return to normal sales by August 2016.
