Collaborative Procurement Partnership (CPP), an NHS supply chain organization, was struggling with highly manual, spreadsheet-based procurement analytics across thousands of datasets and millions of price points. To better manage spend and supplier data, CPP turned to Alteryx and its automation tools, including Alteryx Designer, to replace resource-intensive processing with a more scalable analytics approach.

Alteryx helped CPP build automated workflows that batch-cleanse, normalize, and load data into a SQL database, then generate benchmark analyses and reporting in minutes instead of days. The impact was substantial: mass dataset cleansing now takes less than 1 minute, benchmark analyses that once took up to 10 working days can be completed in about an hour, and CPP completed more than 250 benchmarks in 10 days.
