Using Alteryx, Corsicana Mattress built spatial analysis workflows with geocoding and the Find Nearest macro to compare default facilities against the closest shipping locations and rank reassignment opportunities by savings. The solution helped model network changes, supported facility closure planning, and identified potential annual savings of up to $5 million by avoiding as many as 2.5 million road-miles, along with more than 250 metric tons of CO2 emissions.
