Central de Recuperação de Crédito (CRC), working with analytics partner Conjecto, was an early adopter of Alteryx in Brazil as it rapidly expanded and took on more strategic accounts. Faced with many heterogeneous data sources and a critical data-blending process that took a line-of-business analyst four days to complete, CRC needed faster, scalable analytics and machine-learning capabilities without costly infrastructure or specialist hires.

Using Alteryx workflows and tools for data preparation, parsing, joining, in-database processing and predictive/spatial analytics (boosted models, logistic regression, decision trees and grouping), CRC automated and accelerated key processes—reducing a four-day task to under 15 minutes. The change drove major productivity gains, enabled targeted debt-recovery models, made CRC more data-driven, and contributed to roughly 30% revenue growth and a 15% reduction in headcount by 2015.
