Amway Adapts to Product Hierarchy Changes in Minutes

Amway, the global direct selling company, needed a faster way to manage daily changes across more than 450 products in its product hierarchy. Its older desktop and SQL-based processes were slow, manual, and required too much back-and-forth with engineers, making hierarchy updates take days instead of supporting agile business changes.
